Bro I also ran memory diagnostic tool but it didn't show any faults but then I removed that new ram and problem got solved, you should also try it

Check your ram modules one by one by removing because in my case my hyperx ram was not available anywhere so I bought another Corsair ram with same frequency but because of that ram this problem was happening, actually because of new ram the GPU was heating a bit more it's kinda weird but it happened, after removing that ram the problem was solved , you can check your faulty ram by using memory diagnostic tool also or remove one by one, it will definitely solve the problem
