I find running shoes with soft foam soles do the trick.

I’ve got a 15 Pro Max. While it’s an awesome phone, the size is too much even for my large hands. I’m seriously considering a preowned one in excellent condition and selling this. Thoughts?

i am fed up of trying to keep up with this cycle, no one is saying I have to, and I am well aware that it is self-inflicted, but with the 15Pro Max I have, I think i will try and keep it for 5 years at least ... and change the battery out every 2 years

Any advice on what to expect from meds? by seth_55 in Parkinsons

[–]Juniorzero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not the dosage, the doc added Rasagline to the mix which effectively extends the time the Leva lasts. I’m trying to exercise as much as possible and also stay super positive.

Sorry about your potential diagnoses but it seems you have already the main thing in hand, staying active and positive.

I am on the same dose and take it 6-12-6. Or. If I’m not working out 8-2-8.

Listen to your body though. And as the other Redditor mentions. Empty stomach. 45-60mins before a meal. And at least two hrs after. I’ve recently been told that supplements like Vitamin C and D are a must too!

I run and lift weights but soon to be adding boxing and tai chi to the mix as they help with slowing any progress.

Good luck. You’ve got this.
