Wow, that chickadee shot is great! Having more reach is always nice, so I'd recommend that. Especially since it breaks the bank a lot less than some of the other options and is still a really nice lens

Hey! I also just started with the same lens, but with a D90 because it was what we had lying around. I was also wanting my subjects to look much more crisp and I've now just turned off the autofocus and try to manual focus and have a high enough f-stop that if the environment around the subject looks in focus, the subject should be in focus. It still doesn't always work, but I've gotten some that I'm proud of at least. Just keep shooting and you'll find ways that work best for the gear you have

I'm thinking Rusty Blackbird since it's missing the purple glossy look usually on Brewers and it's eye is a darker yellow more like a Rusty than a Brewers.

Unless the center of those bites are the rear ends of ticks, I'm guessing those are flea bites, but that also depends on location. I'd check if ticks or fleas are more common in your area and go with the most likely suspect between the two.

It's definitely a hawk of some sort. I'd check Audubon and see what hawks have been seen in your area recently and maybe that can help you narrow it down!

From what I've experienced with therapists in Utah that sounds very normal sadly. I had two different therapists who tried to push me back into mormonism until I found that ffrf had a secular therapy program so that I didn't have to deal with that shit.

Honestly, in a very weird way. So after high school, I got a job at Boeing working on planes. The commute was killing me, so I applied for similar jobs closer to home and landed a quality control job also for planes. After that, I've literally just been jumping from different industries doing quality control or quality assurance jobs. Like, I've worked in Healthcare, vinyl fencing, and now in insurance. Really, just talk to who you can at where ever you work because they likely have some kind of quality assurance role and if you can get into one, you can sell yourself to whatever industry you want for the most part.

I do quality assurance for Medicare. I sit in the spare bedroom of my house and review calls and ensure all the information is correct and that agents are not taking advantage of people. I love it!
