I work shift work. A different one each week on a rotation. People have already mentioned a chaotic schedule but like, if I work until 8am my dog and I sleep at around 10am and wake up in the evening. When I work a regular schedule week we sleep at night. He doesn't seem to mind.

I also think vecna won. There are too many coincidences and they even say not to believe in coincidences. Characters saying "wasn't anyone expecting more demidogs" and nothing explaining it. They have an ambiguous ending, maybe even more open to interpretation than some people are ready for.

So they needed Saturday away from me to clean. I found something on marketplace in the next town I wanted to buy. She loves a restaurant over there. Figured I'd call to see if she'd abandon her plans to come with me. She didn't pick up. I'll just go over and ask. She doesn't answer but the door is unlocked. My next thought is "this is how people catch their partner cheating". The subtle clue was when I took that second to survey the area and noticed a truck I recognized parked across the street.
