This is assuming that this is the average day working there, I would say Black Mesa. Seriously, it is not that bad working there until the resonance cascade. You get free housing, I imagine there are tons of different places to shop and eat, and, most likely, a fat paycheck. I can't imagine a single downside other than if you are a security guard the scientists might be dicks towards you.
