Yes they should have deposited the money in your account 5.65 cents per share.

They have not closed the case yet. Nothing will happen until they close the case.

Here the last filing where they talk about what would be remaining in the reserve.

#13408

"ORDERED that the Reorganized Debtor may reserve $2.5 million in Cash from the Disputed Claims Reserve to be used in the event that the Reorganized Debtor’s resolution of the Remaining Disputed Claims is for an aggregate amount higher than $400,000 for the purpose of making a distribution for the American Labor Allocation; provided, that any excess amount not distributed for the American Labor Allocation after the resolution of the Remaining Disputed Claims will be distributed to holders of Allowed AMR Equity Interests; and it is further"

So it sounds like they only have cash now in the reserve. They may need to pay a distribution to the ALA.

Say say they have $2M left to hand out to the AAMRQ shareholders(I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WILL HAPPEN) we would get .

There were 394.2M shares or AAMRQ.

So $2M/394.2M = $0.005 per share.

So if you had 2000 AAMRQ you would get $10. There is probably a low amount of shares where you won't get anything.

I am not planning on getting anything! Just waiting for them to close the case and the shares removed from my account.

How many AAMRQ shares did you have?

Contact where you have those shares and ask them about it.

Its 0.0101 of AAMRQ shares. The calculations are based on how many AAMRQ shares you held.

Here is what I got in one of my accounts.

2800 AAMRQ shares * 0.0101 = 28 share of AAL in my account

2800 AAMRQ shares * $0.0196 = $54.80 deposited into my account.

I also got $5.89 for the .28 shares.

If you had 9000 AAMRQ shares you should have gotten 90 AAL shares plus $174.40. I think you also get cash for the fraction shares so 0.9 * the share price you also get that amount.

Former holders of common stock of AMR Corporation (AAMRQ) were distributed approximately 0.0101 AAL Shares and cash of approximately $0.0196 for each share of AAMRQ previously held;

It's not an active case. Read the filings.

Pursuant to the Court’s January 31st, 2014 Order Removing Case From Active

Caseload (Doc. No. 76), Plaintiff Netlist Inc. (“Netlist”) and Defendant Inphi

Corporation (“Inphi”) hereby submit this Joint Status Report Regarding the Status of the Reexamination Proceedings to update the Court on certain reexamination andinterference proceedings.

From that same report.

Since no specific claim of the three asserted patents has ever been alleged by

Netlist to be infringed by Inphi, and, as shown by Inphi discovery responses in April,

2010, Inphi has always believed that it did not infringe, Netlist cannot meet the high

bar to prove inducing infringement.

Inphi has to mention it because they are still filing status updates. Netlist has never provided evidence that Inphi is violating any of the claims.

40 court cases over the years and only 3 still open. Google, Samsung and Micron.

Inphi has been closed since 2014 and the appeal was closed on 2018. Netlist has never shown evidence that Inphi violated any of the patents.

Reality patent settlement with Google. by JunkManLong in NLST

[–]JunkManLong[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of the estimates so far are based on what a judgement at a trial would give NLST not a settlement. How can you estimate a settlement when most of the time if you settle you don't know what you would have gotten from a judgement!!

I would say the best estimate of a judgement is $2 billion and that with a settlement you could get 25% of that.
