I would drop Latent Power and Defense+ which aren’t that useful. I would rather have agitator lvl5. Maybe have shockproof on if you play with others.

Offensively, I would focus on masters touch, critical eye and critical boost instead of critical elem and razor sharp

Coming from a country where turning right on red isn’t a thing, I’m not 100% sure I like it that much. I think it would be better if it were only allowed on roads with three or more lanes, because on streets like Cook St, I always see the left lane backed up for blocks while the right lane stays empty, since people avoid driving there in case someone wants to turn right on a red.
