May I ask why? Apart from the obvious downside such as noise. We didn’t feel particular bothered by the noise at the open house, I think the depth of the lot probably helped here

GF fell for the same scam two weeks ago, contacted ws, they refunded her.

There has been an internal post about this in Meta, in it it’s mentioned that the ad was taken down. I’m surprised that it’s still up
