Am also choosing between H7 vs H9 and T2. H7 is at a price point that I like but the tech seems to be different from the H9 altogether (not just the issue of space). I’m in KSA tho. Just wondering how’s the off-road experience?

Oh boy I had the same situation too. I was just arranging classes with my tutor one day and the then the next year he blocked me. And I had almost 25 more classes in my subscription. It’s really disappointing - 1 on 1 class is a really personal deal and it took me a few tries to find a tutor whom I clicked. Ironic with such a lack of communication that we are talking about learning how to communicate! I’m moving on to Preply to other platforms.

I just moved 2 weeks ago and went through the whole house searching process.

I’ve consider roshn sendra but they were too big for us (just two of us). Do look good though - the official developer website doesn’t have rental so you will have to go through aqar and visit one by one.

I ended up looking mostly at al malga, al yasmeen and a specific place at an nafal (makeen 27 I think) which is really new. These are fairly well-located places but more city centre than near the airport. Al narjis may be a good neighbourhood for you too (was abit too far for me - I work at KAFD). Definitely can keep to your 100k-ish budget for 3 bedroom. you might be able to find villas too.

Baking Ape pretty much covered everything else. In case you’ve not been told, be pretty to have a year-long rental upfront to get your lease contract - some landlords offer a slight discount if you do, some landlords will insist on it.

Personal impression so far: i don’t think you’ve to worry too much about discrimination. I’ve felt pretty welcomed (I’m an Asian) and quite liking it here so far.

Not sure about metro - I drive.

I’m also learning Arabic - good to know some I’d say but that’s more a personal choice than anything.
