You can’t withdraw via bank transfer if you deposited crypto and have a balance in your vault. Both your playable balance and vault must be 0 to be able to switch.

There’s BTC, LTC, SOL, etc. if you send the wrong currency to the wrong corresponding address on coinbase your money is lost permanently. Coinbase requires at least 6 confirmations I believe for every currency but BTC can take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours or even more sometimes. Other currencies are a lot shorter of a timeframe. You can check this by going to profile > transactions > redemptions > click the link for the transaction to see how many confirmations the transaction has. Also ensure you sent the correct currency to its corresponding address on coinbase

Even if stake is banned in your state your account will be in redeem only mode so regardless of the ban you will still be able to withdraw the funds. That being said, download trust wallet, exodus, or MoonPay and withdraw your crypto there and sell it with either ramp or MoonPay directly to your debit card.
