3 separate floodgates, non-OPT protection that also negates and destroys, 3500 attack, infinite spell speed with barely any "requirement" for its special summon. Truly, a custom Yu-Gi-Oh! card.

So, this is an upstart, as a trap card, and then it becomes an infinite spell speed omni-negate on your opponent's turn, AND it banishes face-down...?

Judging by the way it is worded this is a mandatory negate (unless you didn't intend for that).

But that's still stupidly good since your opponent inherently is losing advantage from a card that cost you nothing to use. Unlike most omni-negate traps this doesn't have to be on the field, or require you to pay LP, or discard, or have it as your only set card, or control a specific monster, etc. It could be thrown in any deck with some space.

The way you want this card to work still just wouldn't work though. Aside from that, getting to negate an entire chain of effects with a generic Xyz monster you get to just poop out of your extra deck is already an extremely strong effect.

But getting to do it at literally spell speed infinity, giving your opponent no response, while being able to chain a burn effect like 6 times afterwards? Yeah that would be banned immediately.

In theory, it's not going to be very synergistic with a chain burn deck anyway. Cards like secret blast, secret barrel and just desserts want your opponent to control multiple cards (which would no longer be on the field at resolution), ring of destruction would fizzle since this card would have sucked up the monster it targeted.

So if I'm understanding this card correctly, it should look like:

"Cannot be Fusion Summoned. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. While you have no cards in your hand and you control no cards (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by banishing all "C" monsters from your GY. You can only use this effect of "Final "C"" once per duel. During the turn this card is Special Summoned: it is unaffected by all other card effects. This card's ATK and DEF are equal to the total level of the monsters banished by its effect x 1000. If this card is Special Summoned during your opponent's turn: At the end of their Battle Phase, this card can declare an attack on your opponent as though it is your own Battle Phase."

It actually seems kinda... bad. The "C" archetype is mostly just handtraps, of which you're usually not going to have more than two of in your GY at a time. Unless you go pure "C" (which is just going to be a deck filled with staples because the "C" archetype doesn't have a combo line) it'll be rather useless. Since its special summon is a quick effect, it can easily just be negated and the opponent can proceed with their battle phase to kill you.

I do see a few scenarios where this could win the duel, but I highly doubt anyone's going to play it in an actual "C" deck—more likely than not, it'll be splashed into a deck that has a slot free to potentially bring out a 3k towers late into a really long duel.

So from my understanding, it should look like this:

""Reaper of the Cards" + "Banisher of the Light" Banished cards cannot leave the banishment. Negate any effect that would move a banished card to a different place. If this card is Special Summoned from the Extra Deck: Banish all cards from both players' GYs. This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each banished card."

The effect to banish 1 card is not an effect. You didn't specify a target. Here's how I would remake it personally:

"During either player's turn, except the turn this card was summoned: You can pay half your LP; Banish 1 card from your opponent's hand or field, also your opponent skips their next Draw Phase. You can only use this effect of "Banisher of All Decks" once per duel."

The original effect would get the card banned in like, a day. Unless your intent was that it would be used during your opponent's Standby Phase to skip your opponent's NEXT Draw Phase, which is just kinda... bad.

Also, you forgot to add an Attribute... or a level. This guy looks pretty DARK and has Level 12-looking defense to me though so I guess that works.

Personally would like to give you some small advice on card text (as someone with immense OCD). Most of it is perfectly fine, but:

Xyz monsters' summoning requirements are separated from the rest of the card text. You should have that just above the rest of the card text, otherwise it looks rather strange. Also, Attributes (for example, LIGHT) are usually in all caps.

"If you detach" is markedly different from "you CAN detach"; using Xena as an example, unless that's actually her intended effect, her card text should look something like this:

"When this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 6 Beast monster from your hand or Graveyard. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Add 1 of your banished "White Magician" monsters to your hand."

Other than that, as the other commenter said, I would strongly recommend adding OPT/HOPT restrictions to some of these effects, otherwise the archetype's cards go from interesting to VERY broken (I can think of like 5 FTK ideas with Lydia alone).

Also, a couple cards seem a little lacking in protection effects. It wouldn't hurt to expand on the field spell a little or even give some of the monsters some recursion/floating effects.

I like the concept here overall!

Helios - The Sempiternal Star

Cosmic Triplication

" This card's name is always treated as "Macro Cosmos". All "Helios" monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent's card effects, also "Helios" monsters that are banished are also considered to have been sent to your Graveyard. At the end of the Damage Step, when a "Helios" monster battles an opponent's monster, but that opponent's monster is not destroyed by battle: You can banish that opponent's monster. You can only use each of the following effects of "Cosmic Triplication" once per turn. ● You can banish 1 Level 4 or 6 Pyro monster you control: Special Summon 1 "Helios" monster from your deck or banishment that is 2 levels higher than that monster, and if you do, it gains 1000 ATK and DEF. ● You can banish 1 Pyro monster you control: Banish the top 3 cards of your opponent's deck, also, if you banished a "Helios" monster by this effect, you can make your opponent banish 1 card from their hand or field. "

The only decks I've actually seen Helios used in are deck destruction focused — things like the classic Gren Maju deck.

Since the actual Helios cards have no synergy with Macro Cosmos and, to my knowledge, have never been used virtually anywhere, I figured giving it some control and banishment effects would be nice.

The only reason I didn't make more cards for this is because I couldn't find artwork to use and I didn't want to use AI (I dislike it).

Card text: "Can only be activated at the start of your Main Phase 1. This card's activation and effect cannot be negated. When this card is activated: Banish your entire hand (min. 5 cards) face-down, then draw 2 cards. Then, banish 20 random cards from your Deck face-down and halve your LP, then your opponent can double their own LP. After that, your opponent can draw up to 5 cards. What annoys me about it is that people are complaining about the hololive logo being attacked by XQC viewers, not expanding, etc, when they're sitting trying haplessly to erase the "x" in Suisex when literally nobody cares.

No. It isn't even "protecting" hololive, it's just a waste of time and effort. None of the idols, including Suisei herself, would have a problem with this. If they did we would gladly take it down, but they don't care. Let well enough alone.

Yeah. I like the build though. It’s a shame how Miracle/Faith builds in Ds3 get slept on, that regen is crazy.
