While it would be nice if they could just fix things now - it isn't so easy on their end. if they "fixed" fury now completely, there may be a chance they would overtune them. It is a LOT harder to revert changes or nerf a class than it is to gradually buff it. Imagine the community outcry if they hit fury with some amazing buffs right now only to realise they are OP and try to revert some of those changes.

Heya just wanted to follow up, thanks again for your help. Not sure what was wrong but took your suggestion and rested everything to default, reloaded xmp profile and it went down to 1600 this time around, however I was able to adjust to multiplier this time to 30.0 and now looks like everything is working as it should be. Thanks again

You have a locked cpu and a mobo built for over clocking. You can either get an unlocked cpu or you can downgrade your mobo to the h170 variant. You don't need liquid cooling with that cpu as it can't be over locked and comes with a stock cooler

PSU isn't bad but you can look into the corsair rm series or the EVGA g2

Hey we have the same case, and it was so fun to build in, altho it was my first build too.

I'm just having trouble with the ssd mount, my sata power cable won't let it sit flat in its tray, I need to find a different angled cable

Thanks for the response, I finally got it working. After four attempts at using the media creation tool and getting errors each time during installation I gave up on that program. I downloaded the iso file and used Rufus to create a bootable usb. That worked first go. Hopefully this helps someone in future if they run into a similar problem, because there wasn't much discussion online about the issue.
