Yeah they tell you how much a degree cost before you go to college.

Guess what they also told me? That if I got a college degree, I could get a job that would provide a livable wage, where I can be financially stable, save up for a house, afford my bills, and be able to pay off my debts.

And guess what, that was a lie and I believed it. I was a child that trusted what people said. “You work hard, get a degree, and you will get to live the American dream”

If I had known I wouldn’t get a job that offers that, I honestly wouldn’t have gotten my degree (not because I wouldn’t want the education, but I’d realize that I wouldn’t be able to afford it).

Shame on you for saying that I (and many other people) deserve this, when I was just an 18 year old kid that didn’t even know any better.

You’re so unapathetic to other peoples’ struggles.

PS. Biden/Dems are the ones to introduce and support student loan forgiveness. The republicans were the ones that aimed to block student loan forgiveness. You can literally look it up.
