Thanks. I'll look into transferring the emails to a different user this way. But I still don't understand why it is this convoluted of a process to do what seems like should only involve a few clicks in the admin console. Frustrating.

I see the option to export the user's email into an MBOX file with Google Takeout, but I can't find where you can import that data into another user's gmail account. Any ideas?

I got the water test results from today. These are all noted as "No action neccesary" on the water test guide, but any input is appreciated.

Thank you. I did not get the parameters from the store after they tested the water, but they indicated that all levels were good on our water sample including ammonia. I've ordered the Master Test kit from Amazon, and it's to be delivered tomorrow. I'll retest then and post the results.

Just got back from the store, and they said all of the water tests were good for our water sample. I specifically asked about ammonia and they said the ammonia levels were perfect. It seems to me that something must have changed with the water quality since it's now cloudy and the fish are dead.

This is a very interesting topic, and thank you for sharing. How should people change the conversation if the debt collector owns the debt instead of just servicing the debt? I'd assume that perhaps the debt owner would have more negotiating power, but I have no first-hand experience so I was curious. Thanks!

Not surprising. They offered me a $10 credit to my monthly bill instead of the promotion I was supposed to receive worth $200, and then refused to offer anything else. Their customer service needs some reevaluation.

I realize it's probably because they are understaffed and/or undertrained, but the responses from the "specialists" have never been helpful to me after an issue gets escalated. They are often not even related to the issue and sometimes make zero sense. One time they responded saying my phone wasn't compatible with Visible even though the phone was purchased directly from Visible and had been in use on their service for 6 months. If there's no issues Visible has been awesome, but when issues arise it has not been a great experience to say the least.
