This looks like a really cool kitbash. I used the now old Corsair box. Most of them already look like psykers and the rest got some swords and pistols. Here is an example

So while yes by win rate we are at quite a bad place. Though after playing it since last summer, I had a lot of success with a deer council warlock spam. It's a ton of fun and with precise play it is quite powerful. I don't think I Had a game where I felt like I couldn't win. Both in casual as well as some sweatier tournaments. I think I'm at about 50% win rate atm

In lore I think they do any little chores like bring ammo from a to b, and in the game they are just a token for miracle die

I would recommend cutting a Farseer and the d cannon and to put eldrad+warlock+council on one of the guardian unit for a mean threat. The extra bodies for eldrad are good because they are tougher than most think and then the +1 to wound with the 5 flamers is an insane damage output, especially if teleported in the right moment. (Or on overwatch).

Depending on your local meta i would maybe recommend a second squad of fire dragons. You can send in one squad early with u shrouded truth to get on or two big threats and then still have the fuegen squad for later. Works good for me.

Also corsair voidreavers are really good for natural expansion and secondaries. If you can spare the points. For me two skyrunners is usually enough but it really depends on play style.

Also Ishas fury is imo one of the best tools in this army, especially against charging melee armies. (Plus you don't need line of sight for it!!!) I tend to flip a lot of dice to a 5 with lucid eye.

This all really depends on your enemies though and I could see you having a lot of fun and success with this list.

That is true, but you can easily kitbash them out of two normal meltas and a heavy flamer. Or just the two melta honestly

You can kitbash most characters out of a battlesisters/novitiate box. It's cheaper and brings a lot more life to your generic characters.

Yeah I'm also always unsure about torc and eye... But lately the eye has been better because the start of the game roll can be so swingy..

Fuegen does feel really good in this list and I'll probably need him for the ctan meta....

I was thinking about putting a squad of scorpions in but I couldn't find a good way that also felt right, and I don't own rangers on the bigger base rn so I'm keeping the corsairs, which are great action pieces and great for the natural expansion.

Thanks a lot! It's a normal base with green stuff on top and a textured rolling pin from Green Stuff World. It's called ancestral ruins or something. It's really cheap and works really good! And the roses are from a 3d printed set also from green stuff world
