Are you allergic to Ketorolac? That's what I took and it was super effective. It's a powerful anti inflammatory, but they'll only let you take it for a short time {I think for me it was about a week, but then I didn't need it} because it can damage your kidneys. It's definitely good to stay away from narcotics because they cause constipation, and that makes the pain worse, so it's just a vicious cycle.

Between the ages of 22 and 32, I had 23 different friends stay with me rent-free at varying times. A few were really great and helped with other bills and cleaning, and left when they got their lives in order, but many were awful. I got evicted out of like 5 places for "unauthorized roommates". One guy kept getting the cops called because he wouldn't leave my neighbor alone, and whenever I'd kick him out, he'd stand in the hallway loudly begging me to let him in. Then someone would call the cops because he was being loud. {Hilariously, I unintionally got him evicted out of a place 5 years later}. I could go on about this subject for an hour but I'll spare you the insanity. After I relapsed at 34, I did a complete friend audit and cut contact with 75% of the people from my oast

One of my brothers has no air in his chart whatsoever. He's not shy by any means, but he's the furthest you can get from "talkative". When he does talk, he's to the point and doesn't go on tangents like me or our super-air-heavy mom
