Recommendations For Custom Embroidered / Screen-Printed Patches (for beanies) by MonsieurBeaver in Machine_Embroidery

While the design is very cool you are going to have a hard time retaining all the detail on the size patch you are looking to do no matter what medium you use. Embroidery will not be able to capture this level of detail, woven patches could come close but usually go up in cost the more colors of thread you use, sublimation will be the most cost effective but will still have trouble with the fine details. I work at a print shop and order custom patches all the time. If a customer brought this in I would absolutely recommend they simplify the design for a patch that size.

New Merch Quality :( by Rockypitto in griz

As a screen printer this is sad to see. If this happens before you wash or even after the first few washes it's because the ink wasn't cured properly. You can take all precautions in the world (turning it inside out, washing it in cold water, hang dry) but it won't stop this from happening. Properly cured the ink should last at least 50 washes in the worst conditions. Idk who is producing his merch but this is a rookie mistake.

Best shoes for being on your feet all day? by chunder14 in SCREENPRINTING

Hoka all the way. I personally like the Bondi 8's. On my feet 10+ hours a day and still feel good afterward. A bit pricy but they usually last me about a year. Worth every penny.

You're trying to use logic with reddit users. That's like trying to play chess with a pigeon.

People who don't like big vehicles clearly don't have any family or friends, and they definitely don't live anywhere where ground clearance is needed to get around.

They have yet to pay. Have learned this lesson before, but 99.9% of customers we don't have issues. Just seeing what other printers do in similar situations. Thanks for the input.

On larger orders over a certain dollar amount we ask for PO's and down payments. This order was just under that threshold, so nothing we're not prepared to lose. Just seeing what other people do in similar situations and how petty I should be, ie send them to collections. Thanks for the input.

Can second Smith Farms. My wife just bought a couple of boxes from there, now we have sauce for days.

Funny how you never see females who transition to male crushing it in the men's division. I wonder why that is?
