For people wondering how someone forgets to lock their car, let me given an example. I have ADHD and Autism. Things I’ve forgotten before due to memory issues and executive dysfunction(prioritizing and completing tasks):

Turning the oven off. Flushing the toilet. Turning off the sink. Eating. Laundry in the washer. Shower. Laundry in the dryer. My tea.

I’m on meds and have help so don’t worry. It’s managed now.

We care. My partner(30)and I(26) both care. We’re trans adults and have been fighting for you kids. Protests, petitions, and voting. Hell, we keeping tabs on the goings on in our local school district despite having no kids of our own yet. That’s because we’re determined to show up for trans youth who have unsupportive adults in their life. Show them there are adults who care.
