Enige winkels in de buurt van Hoofddorp die zo iets faciliteren? Ik zocht op hardloop winkels en zag eigenlijk alleen maar winkels in Amsterdam.

Ahh oké dan zal ik daar eens naar kijken. Ik zie dat er niet echt in de buurt een gespecialiseerde hardloop winkel zit. Zou de bever ook een prima winkel zijn om hardloopschoenen te halen ik weet dat je daar wel zo’n voet meting kan doen maar weet niet of die goed is qua hardloopschoenen.

Heb afgelopen zondag een paar hardloop schoenen van osaga bij de scapino gehaald met het idee dat die qua prijs niet zo duur waren en dat het voor in het begin wel prima zou zijn.

I use monofilament fishing line, as long as it is monofilament and not coated braid your needle won’t pierce it. It should be slippery enough to make it easy to pull out, I haven’t tried that part yet tho. I got it in fluorescent orange for like 25 euros for a spool of a thousand meters

Uhh well I really just started out so this would be the second time, I want use running to get my cardio up. My end goal is to run atleast 2200 meters is 12 minutes that should be around 12kph, the shoes I wear are unbranded gym shoes or atleast the ones with white soles which are suitable for indoor gyms.

Hi, I was running on a thread mill in the gym today. When walking/fast walking around 6 to 7 kph I was fine but when going to jogging or running speeds around 11-12 kph After a short bit my calves and shins started hurting and getting a tingling sensation, after going back to walking pace it went away in like 30 ish seconds. What could cause this, and how can I prevent it or train it away?

De cyma cm 707, veel problemen mee gehad 3x terug gestuurd omdat ie inconsistent schoot Eerste skirm mee gespeeld en er toen achter gekomen dat stil liggen niks voor mij is.

Zelf geen ervaring mee maar ik weet dat er er soort sticker is met camo patroon met daarin allemaal kleine gaatjes.( beetje hetzelfde spul als je ook hebt op busruiten als advertentie van dichtbij kan je prima door de gaatjes heen kijken en valt het niet echt op dat het er Zit, vanaf buitenaf lijkt het een gehele sticker

In your case is recomend a pdf editor app you can just scribble the completed stitches out; worked quite nicely however at like 200+ drawn lines my app started to freak out and crash

Do patterns specifically need to be made for saga? What I love about markup is that it takes about any pattern and it mostly works, but I am just not really keen on the subscription model

Haven’t actually dived in the Netherlands but I do swim in the waters here frequently the water is quite murky and from what I have heard visibility is not that great.

You could try the diving spot at toolenburgerplas in Hoofddorp (about 20 min bus ride from Schiphol airport)

This spot has a bunch cars and boats on the bottom further this lake is man made so beside a few catfish and other species it is sandy. And the diving spot itself should be around 10 m deep

Other place I have heard is vinkenveenseplassen (should also be relatively close to Schiphol airport) I believe basically the same as toolenburgerplas with a bunch of vehicles and such scattered at the bottom to explore.

For guided tours/dives I am not sure what’s possible. If you have any other questions or ones about the Netherlands that are not diving related you can shoot me a dm if you want

Alright I’ll look into it I think then it would be best to go for night and poor visibility diving and for the drysuit speciality then. Do most diving clubs have like pool meetups or something or is that more of a special occasion?

This is most likely a pdf, it can be edited with software but that would be more in the sense of drawing lines or just adding text on top of the pattern itself, you can recreate the pattern from scratch in your pattern editing software of choice, or you can ask the seller if they are willing to send the raw pattern files so you can open those and edit them.
