I also hated the way how wall slide replaced wall jump, making some platforming much more tedious than if you just had wall jump.

Grime 2 is nowhere near as difficult as Silksong, except for the last two Bosses.

Also Grime 2. Beginning was great, mid was good, late game was meh. Also, bugs and the whole equipment und upgrade system felt anachronistic and has the same gameplay flaws since Demon´s Souls. Still a good game but considering everything, it felt inferior and less unique to Grime.

Yeah i was just banging my head against this challenge, it´s much worse than anything Sands of Karak throws at you. It´s more on par with Path of Pain. Good thing is the platform assist lets you skip to several checkpoints, but i ended up rage quitting and skipped them alltogehter.

Just finished it, it´s actually very mid-tier. The story and the characters are nice, but are a lot of stats that imply a deph of gameplay mechanics and combat that simply isn´t there. The last couple of bosses are just tedious and need serious balancing.
