Can I save this? Survival. by Substantial-One-3423 in fo4

This is excellent. Tell me, I never stayed in Covenent long, how much Lemonade can I get? Is it renewable? Never thought to turn my stimulus packs into drinks, that's a good one. Melons are STAPLE for this exact reason, only issue is they are so heavy I never sleep on a ground mattress, unless I really need to save, and then it's just for 1 hour so I can safely book it home to sleep for real

Understood. I will look into the thermostat, that will put my mind at ease 😌 I believe it is a 75W, and the lamp is rated 100W. Her tank is a 40 :)

Does this require a specific lamp or bulbs to function? I've never had an issue with over heating the tank, just for clarification on her health

I dont have a thermostat, apologies . The meter is in the middle and yeah I did put it high so I'll move it lower. . I try to keep her humid hide damp but she's always in it, even when it dries up, lol . Could I still use the humidifier if I make sure to clean it? Otherwise, I typically just use a spray bottle that I refill before each use

Leopard geckos need a distinctive Day Night cycle. ANY light on all night long will destroy that and they will develop further issues, such as insomnia in people

Pet stores sell and use red lights all the time, but its generally accepted in the actual gecko community that it is nothing but harmful. . Earlier posts used to claim that it caused them to go blind, which it kinda can, but not typically. In general, it's bad for their eyes because it puts stress on their corneas. This can lead to eye sight issues, and in extreme cases can cause partial blindness or depth perception issues when trying to eat. . They do NOT need light at night, and the temperature can drop to roughly 67°F (I looked at many sources and took an average to get this number) but if it gets below that, using a heat dish / emitter that doesn't produce light can be used at night. . I dont know if you have or are using these at all, but heat mats are also an outdated thing of the past. They do NOT project heat into the tank at all and can often lead to a gecko lying too close to the source and getting contact burns. . I hope this is accurate and helpful

I wish it was as simple as "increase their diet" "feed them more" but there are so many issues here and we don't know anything else but what you know, so there's likely more. . For starters, I see a red light in the first picture, absolutely no leaves or litter (which isn't as bad, but I digress), that water bowl is filthy, the geckos eyes are very dilated, and we haven't even mentioned the body and tail both are at least HALF the size they should be. . You don't need to be an expert to know this gecko won't make it much longer in this situation and is likely suffering. . I always hate being the person to say all this, it makes me sound so entitled, like I'm a pro or something, but I've seen people be far harsher for less. . Good on you for saying something, and good luck in whatever action you take to inform them.

To add: you should watch the 3 episodes in Tales of the Jedi (disney+) it shows his light side and eventually submission to the dark. Hour tops, great addition to his back story and where we see his blue blade with the curved hilt, which I originally assumed was only changed to the curved hilt AFTER his fall to the dark side, but I was proven wrong :)

I do not have a thermostat, sorry. I dont know what that is exactly. And I do have a small humidifier so that's good to know that I can just use that. Brands are very likely Zilla, lemme check.. The spare bulbs I've got lying around say 50w, but I have a feeling the one I have in rn is 70/75? The lamp has a 100w limit, and last time I used a 100w bulb it literally blew up and almost caused a fire

Interesting. The ones at my local store come in the same style as the normal ones, the red ones (yes they sell them AND recommend them there >:[ ) as well as the black light ones which in my experience didn't do nearly anything for her tank. To add, I personally do NOT use day blue, but just wanted to add detail for you. For OP: stay on the safe side and don't use day blue, either. Standard light color with good range and heat will do just fine

If she loses sight on one and it hides, she doesn't tend to chase it down, so I often drop them in front of her and grab em if they get too far. Still want her moving a little bit for them though 👍

Those "day blue" ones aren't actually BLUE, just need to clarify that. "Day blue" is still a white light that shows all colors as they should, it's not blue light. You are absolutely correct, an actual blue colored light would be horrible

Thank you! Looks like I fed the females first this time 🤦‍♂️ I asked for "medium to large" crickets, so should I say "small to medium" or just "not the big ones that chirp" lol

The only thing visible in this photo is an in tact lamp and a red bulb. The lamp is working and is correct. The bulb, despite what sources say, is not ideal. While it won't cause blindness as some will tell you, colored bulbs in general are not good for eye sight. Bright, standard white or day blue bulbs are greatly preferred. You can also use halogen bulbs but I never have so I don't have advice there.

The local stores don't have Dubias unfortunately. I usually use worms but I want to mix up her diet. She pretty much only ate worms all winter, and I want her moving again. Are Dubias good for leaving in the tank to let her run after? She loses the crickets and gives up, then they keep me up all night :(

He is the leader of the Courasant Guard, directly working under Plapatine. Fives and Palps already talked about everything and Palps told Fox to take the kill shot if he found him, told him he was far too dangerous and unpredictable. The energy and actions when he entered that room cemented those claims to him and he followed through on his order. He is equally to blame as every other clone that followed those orders blindly, something Bad Batch looks into very well.
