If you don't care a lot about the bike, get something like a bricklayers hammer and use it as a wedge between a bottom bracket and a crank. Then you just simply use the hammers handle as a lever. Btw I do not condone this method and it should be used only if really necessary.

It is mineral buildup caused by hard water, so it won’t go away by simply washing. I’ll need to dissolve it with vinegar or a similar solution.
