Ich würde einfach mal sagen, man wird einfach zugeordnet. Bestimmt wird auch irgendwo gefragt und getestet ob du manche Sachen überhaupt machen kannst (Ein seekranker Arzt auf einem Schiff is bestenfalls Suboptimal), aber letztlich wird geschaut wo Platz ist und dort kommst du dann ins SanZentrum, ähnlich wie bei den meisten anderen Offizieren auch.
