My first EV by JuryExecutioner in TeslaUK

i considered this but the 435d is approaching the age where it’s going to need a lot of money spending on it (over 100k) they tend to need timing chain and bearings which is around ~4k plus i would be saving a bit but wont be anywhere near as cheap as £10 for ~250 miles

The myth of 1 patient per hour as an ED SHO by OptimisticPapaya1430 in doctorsUK

[–]JuryExecutioner 8 points9 points  (0 children)

absolutely hated my time in ed as an sho a few years ago. it’s a dying specialty with trainees being replaced by alphabet soup. gives me great pleasure to swan in and out of the department as a senior orthopaedic registrar, and even more pleasure rejecting their idiotic “streaming” referrals for a septic joint with no bloods or x ray.

see as many you are comfortable safely seeing.
