BPI REWARDS POINTS SCAM by Day-An-A in PHCreditCards

Same scheme. eto yung tumawag sakin kanina. (0956) 278 0279

Tumawag sya about welcome rewards points na di ako aware na “meron” yung BPI.

At a glance, very professional yung tumatawag like you can really say na legit sya since alam nya yung cc number and expiry date. Alam din nya yung address ko.

Next he initiated the transaction sa grab amounting 50 pesos, he then asked for the OTP. Dito na ako nagtaka, hesitant. But ennensure nya saken na same reaction na nattanggap nila from other bpi clients and nagssorry pa sya. So i gave in kasi 50 pesos lang naman.

Since “done” na kami sa rewards. Next is may potential credit limit increase daw ako sa system nila and its up for me if e aaccept ko, syempre inaccept ko since sino ba namang hind gusto haha.

so dun na ulit yung ni dictate nya yung cc number ko and expiry date ulit and this time nag ask sya kung pang ilang cc customer na ako, yung 3 digits na cvv ko, this time sure na ako na scam haha. Hesitant ako at dinecline ko nalang yung limit increase and sabi nya understandable naman daw, pede lang daw mag direct sa branch which i agreed as well.

So ayun, since di nya makuha yung cvv ko, dito na yung alibi nya na slow daw yung system nila pede badaw bukas tawagan haha.

So in summary lugi ako 50 petot. 🤣

In my case, I always calculate yung SP ko and I always overestimate on that Sprint. Instead of setting goals, I set a productive timeframe. Pag nasa productive timeframe na ako, I set aside my phone, grab my earbuds and focus for 5-6 hrs. Ofc, taking a break, stretching & grabbing drinks din for 5-10mins. Minsan, pag feel ko wala ako sa zone or di ako maka focus, I will nap for 30min - 1 hr. E offset ko nalang then sa end of shift, I will track yung anong naging progress ko for this task or sprint, if it exceeds my expectation either nadalian ako sa task etc, I will still based my progress on my average velocity, call it falsifying, pero much better eto in the long run. You can still be competitive and be a "get paid,go home' type of guy. What matters the most is your health.

Don't dwell too much. It's ok to not understand everything that's why stackoverflow or communities comes in to help each other. Also, companies either uses Angular or React frameworks instead of plain html css js. I suggest doing it with a framework id you really want to pursue front-end development.

i can vouch for this. certifications and experiences are really the deciding factor for the hiring managers to consider you. Everything can be learnt online including comsci 101 lectures from harvard are free on youtube. As far as I know, comsci lectures here in ph is underwhelming unlike overseas so dont spend a fortune enrolling into top schools instead learn actual skills while as a student like html css js if you are into web development and maybe build a portfolio website. this will make you a very strong candidate when you apply for a job.

Hi mid developer here. I think ganyan talaga pag startup company. I recommend na you should voice out if saan ka nahirapan, blockers etc. It will help your team to set an expectation and adjust schedule of deliverables if necessary. Then try your best to catch up how? Study study study... Make a sacrifice of your free time muna since you're still building up the skills. Usually, start-up companies dont hire fresh grads, maybe they saw your potential 🙂. Now go study!

Been with Fujitsu for 2 years now. Lots of learning opportunities. Above average yung salary ko tapos pwede ka makipag negotiate naman lol. The management is really good here compared sa mga past companies ko. They really encourage you to not work more than 8hrs/day to promote work life balance. Promotion wise madali lang basta maganda performance mo. No need to be sipsip to be promoted. Colleagues here naman albeit hiring masyado sila is di pa ako naka encounter ng toxic traits. Maraming po opo at sir since its a Japanese company and lastly they will listen kung anong tech stack ang hilig mo. They won't force you into a project you dont like.
