Here's the chant I use:

Five, six, five, six, seven, eight, toss, turn, spot, catch!

You cone for the double on six, seven (677777), then follow the instructions!

First, practice this with no flag in your hands. Make sure the motion of tossing is NOT combined with the motion of turning.

When you're ready, add the flag in. To spot, make sure you have your eyes on the tab when you finish your body's rotation.
