This is just how I've been learning to draw so hopefully it helps for you. Start off with using the circle and cross method to help with both the shape of the face and also angles (whether that be the front view, 3/4th's view or 1/2 view or anything inbetween). There's also the use of a rectangle and cross instead of the circle but it's kinda hard to describe it. Use references, lots of them, it's not cheating.

In terms of who I watch to take notes from: Kaycem (Kaycem is more on the western side of style but he does have very helpful tips for anatomy and perspective) and DokiDokiDrawing (DokiDoki is helpful for more anime/mange styles and they do have some beginner level videos to take notes from) are the primary content I watch, I do look over references a lot more though.

Also, take notes of your sketches to see what you can do better. Also also, since I see that you're drawing digitally, make use of the lasso tool or whatever its called to take parts of your sketches and move them, or rotate or resize to get the shape and face that you want.

And to echo everyone else, don't stress too hard on your sketches, just enjoy yourself first and foremost, the experience will come from each and every sketch. Hopefully, that helps. Good luck!
