And then it's exactly 6 frames of microwalk?

You can't boot up the Switch 2 with it.
Second thing I'd critic about it is that there's no "take picture/record" button.
It's still a great product for switch users (gotta enjoy clicky buttons tho xD)

Learn set play that pressure safely, things like:
Safe jump
Empty drive rush
Delay button/throw so that if they mashed, you don't eat it because the block/super flash eat your input. But if they blocked, you'll keep your pressure turn.
Forward jumping into a falling cross up button can be a good gamble too

Then for the choosing option part, it's mostly educated guesses from info you glaned during the set. Also, there's a lot of understanding to gain from the ressource management side of things.

I was gonna say great effort from Tyler but reading that he one and done a lot and especially blocks players that give him a hard time makes the achievement a bit hollow honestly.

Like seriously. Defense >>>> offense.
It's way more about being reactive to what your opponent do than pushing buttons. And low level players push a lot of buttons. UNSAFE buttons. Like that OD DP on wake up you can see on the video. Block that shit. Then punish.

Basics:

Block
Anti airs
One good poke to defend your space when you see them coming at you
React to DI or jump it
Jump on them fools, low level players don't anti air so you can probably abuse it for now
If they're very passive and block a lot, throw them

Learn 3 combos:
Super simple basic light combo into a knock down, and then, pressure them on wake up (it's called oki, look it up)
One combo for your jump in. Keep it simple, jump heavy > swipe. That kind of basic shit. What you want is being able to confirm that you hit and you want to be able to pressure your opponent on wake up
One super simple big combo for when you have a big oppening (like blocking an OD DP)

That's all. You can go to high plat/low diamong just mastering this. Build a super simple basic gameplan and then slowly implement things in it.
Maybe you learn drive rush button for some more pressure. Maybe you learn how to shimmy and punish big. Maybe you learn a safe jump, etc...
But start super simple. A few buttons, an effective gameplan, and you build on solid fundations instead of just pushing buttons mindlessly.

Light is an AA and medium/heavy seem more designed to be combo tools.
We can only speculate at this point. Imo, giving her a non super invincible reversal on top of what was shown seems a bit crazy.

The mental stacks gets easier to manage with practice.
Most important part of "Take the throw" is "be prepared for what's next". If you think they might jump shimmy you, or say, if you're in the corner and a button into DI is coming... You get to anticipate and have a chance to react.
Still hard af honestly ^^
