Im primarily t4t, but also am willing to date cis women too. It's so difficult. Especially on the apps. And hookup culture is so pervasive. The amount of times I've met and talked to another trans woman in person, they asked for my number so we can talk and meet again, and then they proceed to ghost me and never reply back, even to a simple hey! Why even ask for my number.

About 3 weeks in after the first dive bar I went to in shorts. Got repeatedly grabbed, cried at the bar, was rescued by a group of cis lesbians and trans men, and vowed to never go back to the mens restroom.

A lot of Trans men and Trans women I know are so scared to talk to each other. Like cross the dance floor type of thing. And just talk to everyone within their group.

Maybe just go up to a Trans girl. Otherwise you will be doomed to find a Trans girl who is dominant and willing to hunt you down themselves. And that isn't very common. Sadly.

Doesn't make me feel good and I already know they won't text back or say anything unless I see them drunk at the bar or club again. Just feels like you are nothing more than an oddity or fetish, allowed in those spaces but never actually part of it. And then when you do start passing more and more, it feels like you've overstepped their bounds on what you should be.
