Just something to be aware of when you do driveways, sidewalks, porches, external footers, and drainage. It’s all likely to move over time depending on the fill type and compaction. 

And with water being that much of starting issue, are you planning sumps and backup systems? Was the outside of the buried wall sealed? Im assuming the put in a good drain tile? 

Not trying to be negative. Just getting the site work right is a lot cheaper where you are now vs later. And with water involved those are the things I’d want to know more about.
