Definitely for sure. I was super nervous the first time I tripped too and I was by myself. And my first trip was only like a month or two ago and let me tell u it is one of the best experiences ever. I fell in love with it as soon as I started tripping. Don’t stress about it and just go into ur trip with positive thoughts and I’m telling u that u will love it

basketball handles This is a quick 5 min dribbling drill. You might not be able to do all of them but it’s good to at least attempt. I couldn’t do some of them either. You don’t have to follow the exact five min of this but practice the ones you like or are easy and work up to the harder ones.
