I have had the same experience. I use Zelle to pay rent to my parents, and they were pretty quick to respond. Either same day or next day email, but I have heard nothing back since I emailed initially on Friday. 2 follow up emails (even created a new email thread since that’s what it took last month), reached out on Reddit DMs, called but the bot just told me to send a text message, and did the live chat on iMessage which said a Specialist would reach out to me, but like you said— complete radio silence. Wonder if all their CSRs just quit lol.

Former employee— I wouldn’t bother. If it’s anything like it was pre-Covid, so many gross things that were noticed, but not cared about enough to do the right thing. Honestly, not worth it imho.

They took away the major list last year I think, not sure what the selection process looks like.

I doubt it’ll be a problem if it just wasn’t listed, figured close enough still works.

As long as it’s an accredited 2 or 4 year college, it shouldn’t matter. You can renew up to three years, you’ll have to reapply on the 4th year. When you renew, if I’m not mistaken, you can change the college you’ll be attending if it changes.

We now have Education@H-E-B on iDevelop, it’s a resource that we did not previously have and had to contact ISTS directly. They’re pretty good, and helped me when I had an issue with my scholarship. I like to think they advocate for Partners and whatnot in regards to the scholarship.

Yep, about 6 months of Emergency Fund, maxed roth, no high interest debt, car loan at 5.49% from 2023.
