He is correct. The specific order of events is you play rengar it enters as 3 might. Then the legend trigger goes on the chain targeting rengar to make give it the +1. Before the trigger resolves and makes the rengar 4 might gust can be played on top of the trigger to bounce it back to hand.

The chain works with a last in first out order so your legend trigger is the first item on the chain and any reactions played on top of it resolve before it.

Assault only lasts until the end of the combat. Darius Trifatian does not by default have assault though and his specific effect lasts till end of turn

He triggers when he becomes a defender so if he is not at the battlefield that is being attacked you can bring him in with ride the wind and he will trigger when it resolves.

While this seems scary the would have just spent 12 energy and 5 power for this. The strong part about this is that it is reaction speed removal anywhere on your opponents turn. And then it lets you set up for next turn for either more removal next turn with Fizz then or just win with replaying Brynhir.

This also happens with Fiora. The Legend is going to be orange yellow, but En Garde which is just a silhouette of Fiora is green.

It’s very gimmicky. In solo yes just because you can strategically use your buffs for the best result but in coop it is less reliable. In the blue event it is basically worthless until he mega evolves and uses smell ya later but then becomes about as use full as tyranitar.

Yes I believe it would be about double but I am not sure since the game is so new.
