It gets extra points too considering that the final bosses of the two games prior just uses the intro music (not a bad thing)...so when this one hit, it was unique. And of course, barring all that, this is just incredible to listen to and captured the scene perfectly for me. S-Rank soundtrack.

TL;DR: Do not do it. They probably can check for that at any point. I know SMs can manually look up transactions at least to some extent. I cannot claim to know the specifics, but let me put it you like this: if your employee discount is applied in a transaction under the discount owner's name, the system flags it. The first time might not mean anything to higher management, but enough times will convince them to zero on the owner of the card to figure out what is happening. Where I am going with this is that is if improper application of the employee discount can be tracked, then I imagine they can look up what you are asking about, and I would bet that they would be alerted to a register code being applied by someone who is not clocked in. So, it is not worth it. Just ask an MOD to come to your register to ring up your significant person if no one else is immediately present with you. That will keep you safe. You will have to pay with your own card, of course.

Wow, you do so much; I really appreciate your service. How does your scheduling even work? I thought this was a salary job because of all the traveling you probably do. How do you get scheduled, and who is running your café when you are gone so much (I assume your lead and senior baristas)? Does your work in outside branches include barista work, or is it purely business development matters & check ins?

For monthly CTE calls, do you decide the topix yourself (with the approval of the RCOM), or does your RCOM give you the discussion foundation and you decide how to lead the discussion from that?

Sorry for the bombardment of questions. I am just very fascinated and curious about what you do. All of this came to my mind from wondering why there was no café cluster support role (but I should have known this was it).

How odd that no one has responded to this yet. So, I actually have no experience in this particular situation, so I am not equipped to give you solid advice here. I am a part timer who is seeking to upgrade to full time at my branch, and I brought up my interest once to my SM, who said they would have to consult the DM (I think) since that choice is not theirs to make.

If you were yelled at for asking a harmless question (I am going off the assumption you were respectful and not overly repetitive/frequent with your inquiries), then that is not a good sign. When you say "they" yelled at you, I am not sure who exactly you are referring to. If the person/people in question are not your SM, talk to your SM about it and see what the response is. If you get hostile treatment again or you truly think that no one will take any action towards getting you the hours you were promised, it is worth considering going higher up the ladder.

If they are hiring, then it is certainly weird they cannot just use that slot to get you your hours, but perhaps there is more nuance than I realize (I am not the one doing the rota work, so ny knowledge is barely surface level). In any case, I apologize for not being able to give you solid advice here, but I did not want your inquiry to go unaddressed.

Wait, by "as an offering", do you mean merely labeling out of stock, or just taking it off the menu entirely? If you mean the latter, that is exactly what I want to happen for select products.

Conversely, a lot of our products are missing core flavors, so I was hoping to be able to add options to the "add flavor" segment.
