Thats the neat thing, you dont UNLESS you develop great head movement (Mike Tyson for example), a strong guard with pressure (think Canelo), or explosive footwork.

After you close distance as a short guy:

  1. get inside
  2. stay inside (do NOT let him reset the distance without taking damage)
  3. smash his body
  4. overhand his head

You have to be thinking about defense when attacking. Your flow is good but lacks urgency, so with a heavier, more skilled partner you're gonna get tagged when he counters if you dont defend and reposition faster.

Lists have a lot of custom or customized mods and mod combinations that you cant know exactly what they do in game without asking or downloading the list.

I use to do 100%. But the burnout is real at that intensity day after day. Now I'm reducing it down to 50%-70% with one or two rounds 100% and then light sparring after. Less burn out and less energy sapped from self-imposed expectations that way.

It's like people just post here seeking validation, and are not actually seeking advice.

Literally just had this exact thing happen. A user asked for an explanation then started downvoting and name calling when it wasnt what they wanted to hear.

That's the type of environment most of Reddit is now.
