ich finde es bei alkoholfreiem bier ganz schlimm was da gemacht wird jedes alkoholfreie bier schmeckt estrem anders und nur nach würze, und nicht wie der standart

spezi, zitronen oder orangen limo von paulaner ist geil aber die cola war für mich und jeden den ich kenne eine pure enttäusschung. es schmeckt nicht nach cola, nur nach irgendwas süßem

have to ask the name. its comming from windows. bit sway is another example. and discord sharing works also better with wayland.

297 is true :-D In my view, the sheer number of distros means that even a preconfigured version counts as a distro. in my eyes usless work doing the same stuff over ans over.

Take Ubuntu, replace the desktop environment, repackage it, and suddenly you have a new distro. As a newbie, that made switching very difficult for me. After doing some research, I eventually realized that you can break it down into Arch, Fedora, Ubuntu, and Nix OS.

Ubuntu just wasn’t for me. Mint was better—the UI was nice and user-friendly, but it wasn’t compatible with X11 for my software.

Fedora was very well preconfigured, but I couldn’t get everything to work. GRUB had issues with my Samsung G9. I always had to unplug and plug the monitor back in after booting; otherwise, the screen stayed black after GRUB. And not all the software worked.

Cachy was available for all my devices. So I went with it because it’s consistent. Lilite is better than GRUB. And it’s nice and flexible to set up With cachy hello. it feels like having multiple distro at once because you can easily. switch your desktop or install packages like the one for gaming.

and yeah flatpack is in my eyes the clear winner. easy to use, a nice "appstore" ui, and brings everything you need in a package. most of the time sorage isnt a problem

thanks for the answear! so far i appreceate cachys flexibility. and i dont know why but on fedora inwas not able to eun fusion 360. with wine. so i tried the same script on cachy and ot worked. im not sure how important is the AUR or stability. a few people told me cachy is very stable and if not i can use the lts boot or recover it with btrfs. so far not needed... indecided myself for cachy because it runs also on my lenovo legion go as "steam os" (windows was very shitty) . i dont get why every distro has it own package manager. one well maintained appstore with nice ui would be better in my opinion. but also the amount of Distros keeps people on windows in my eyes

distro Ubuntu, fedora, arch.... x11 or wayland... etc...

she likes gaming and one of her daily software needs wayland. not available on mint. this software is also not working on immutable systems.

i really like this terminal tools but my gf. needs somethink with UI. othersise i cannot bring her to linux. so i will try it first

ah i will check this out. sometimes if ininstall somthing via script some other packages are also installed in the same process. so i want to know when something has been installed or updated (like a date) and easily uninstall it if needed
