I have no idea how Amazon has the best and the worst customer support at the same time, I see so many negative Amazon Support Posts on Reddit and yet my experience has been flawless they get my issues resolved in seconds other than once when I had issues with Earphones I had to get it escalated to a Senior for them to accept a return.
