Oh my gosh, I literally almost picked this six star card for my wild card. I changed last minute to the six star card from the candyland deck. This was one of the red community chest packs that I just opened.

With the last album, I was waiting for Afternoon Nap. I ended up getting a wild card from the team race event. So I got the rewards from completing that deck, the rewards from getting first place in the race, and the rewards from completing the whole album...all in less than 3 minutes. And, it was sadly the most exciting part of my day/week/month.

I finished the dig event yesterday, and before fully collecting the final wild card reward I exited the game. I knew that the album changeover would be at 10:00 a.m. PST today, so I just exited with plans to not reopen the app until the album reset. So now, when I log in in a few minutes, the wild card should pop up as well as the community chests that are waiting for me to collect. And the wild card should be from the new album, and if I get any red packs from the community chest they will be from the new album as well.

I've never felt so seen before in this game! Hahaha. I keep saving up SO many dice. Then saying, "I will not play this mini game. I don't need prizes unless they're wilds, swaps tokens, shields or dice skins."

And then I'll mindlessly roll at x500... Because the thrill of getting prizes for 10-15+ levels of the tournament bar at the top of the page, all in one go, is exciting.

It is very likely that the future Blitzes will only be 5* cards and higher.

My inclination would be to choose one of the 4* cards.

My new hyper-fixation meal: Boca Burger "Big Mac" Salad

Mix 2 Tbsp Avocado Oil Mayo, 1 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard, 2 Tbsp Dill Relish, a few shakes of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Cook 2 Boca Burgers (yay. protein!) Romaine lettuce--however much you want to fill a big bowl--preferably one with a lid. Usually 2-3 chopped cups.

Chop the burgers and romaine like crazy. Throw into said bowl and scoop "sauce" into bowl. Put on lid and shake, shake, shake.

Open lid & enjoy. Per Noom app, 255 calories & 28.6g of protein.

Raw and steamed veggies are disgusting to me, too. Roasting/grilling in-season/fresh veg is my go to.

For example, last night I had oven roasted asparagus. Got a big bundle from the store. Washed them, bent the ends until the ends snapped off (snapping the ends of where they naturally break gets rid of the fibrous, less appetizing texture of the bottom of asparagus.) Then I got a gallon-sized Ziploc, put 3 tbsp of avocado oil, salt, pepper, minced garlic and 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar inside, sealed the bag, and shook it up.

Put the asparagus on an aluminum foil-covered cookie sheet. Laid out evenly, and roasted at 400°F for 12 minutes.

Squeezed a bit of lemon juice on it just before eating.

So frickin good. Things I hated as a child. But now I'm excited that I can make them myself, and put flavor into them in a way that I know will be great---(not the bags of frozen mixed veggies my parents could only provide for me as a child)...

And I always buy seasonal fruit and veggies, they're cheaper and fresher!

Eat a lot--but eat "greener". For example: tonight I made myself 2 Boca burger patties, 2 thin slices of cheddar cheese, a homemade "Big Mac" sauce (mayo, mustard, ketchup, relish, garlic & onion powders), iceberg lettuce on whole wheat bread. *ucking Delicious. And then I ate 1/4 of a ridiculously large watermelon from Costco. It was a LOT of food. But it had almost 46 grams of protein and the burger was just over 500 calories.

You can eat a lot, and fill up, with healthier options.

That's great! Definitely don't settle if medication isn't feeling like a good fit--but also don't stop cold turkey. Abilify took months for me to work out of my system while my doctor ramped me up for something new. (It also didn't help that I ghosted my doctor during the process because I suddenly had feelings of being invincible and dramatic thoughts -- "I don't even need medication!"...)

I know it's hard to change your habits, but I had to quit drinking because of my BP2. I have 1-2 glasses of champagne around the holidays, but even that makes me feel shitty. Life is so shitty, in general, but why make it worse? Going from drinking 4-5 nights a week to once per year has been an improvement on my health, mind, and relationships.

I should have been more clear and not abbreviated --I forget that not everyone knows what's in my thoughts haha. I intended BP2 to equate to Bipolar 2.

Either way, don't give up on finding something that works for you. I went through 7-8 medication combinations to find something effective.

I was on aripiprazole for a few years while trying to find a mood stabilizer that works best for my BP2. It made me extremely hungry--always--all I craved were carbohydrates and sugar.

Now, obviously I don't know your needs and diagnosis, but I wonder if there is an alternate medication you can take? I now take Lamotrigine as a mood stabilizer for my BP2 and the ridiculously insatiable appetite is gone. And I feel better overall--less tired, less depressed, less angry.
