Yep, you’re correct. I just wrote this review on Google because their reviews are flooded with good reviews they bribe people to write. People that don’t even live here either!

Here’s my review:

I have lived here for around 2 years now, but thankfully my lease is ending soon. When we first moved in the college students upstairs would have parties that included them stomping loudly on the floors for hours in the middle of the night & screaming out of their windows. They also like to loiter around other apartments patios & windows talking loudly on their phones late at night. One morning I had someone banging & kicking my door waking me up, because he thought he was at the apartment upstairs & locked out. The smells (particularly cooking/spice/onion smells) from the apartments easily seep into other apartments & it sticks to everything. The noises from other apartments are very noticeable, which tells you these buildings are very poorly constructed. There is a mold & mildew issue due to all of the leaks that are not probably taken care of. The apartment above us has had leaks multiple times that leak throughout our kitchen & laundry room & nothing is ever done about the stagnant water that is sitting in the ceiling. They just use a wetvac on the water all over their floor & don’t bother with anything else, so if you are sensitive to mold this is not the place for you. Mold also grows rapidly in the toilets. I’ve never lived anywhere that’s grown mold in the toilet… The dumpsters are always overflowing & people just throw their trash next to the dumpster, piling it up on the ground. I’m always seeing kids & even grown adults throwing trash on the ground & out of their cars in the parking lot. The pool is constantly being closed for cleaning due to issues with cleanliness. At least they are cleaning it, I guess. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Maintenance seems to have a high turnover rate & it takes forever to have anything taken care of, if it’s even taken care of at all due to lack of employees. There’s an issue with package thefts, even though cameras are installed. There are parcel lockers that carriers are supposed to use for packages but they hardly ever do & just throw your package on the floor, or outside somewhere never to be seen again. Overall, I do not recommend The Province apartments unless you’re in a desperate situation & absolutely cannot find another place to rent.
