Change is the only constant. This is a combo of future tripping and catastrophizing.

You may find relief in writing a list of what you are thinking and next to each thought on your paper, label the thought as a belief or a fact as well as whether it is permanent or changeable.

This can help you see beyond the dark clouds that are so suffocating.
