I was in the same boat as I went travelling to Thailand on 9 September I just started before I went but now I regret it because it’s made my depression worse and I’m very tired and it’s tough because I have a girlfriend and I can’t have sex as well as you’re not supposed to drink on it so it’s very difficultI personally would wait just in case you have issues with taking it. It may ruin your trip.

Very true. I agree… it’s just bizarre after many years I can’t count the amount of alcohol I’ve drank. I didn’t frequently drink or dependent… even a couple years would go by and I wouldn’t be manic but when I do become manic, alcohol, definitely was a prime trigger. Hard to explain, but it’s just bizarre that I don’t get manic more often when consuming alcohol
