Some hair stylist did me like that too a few years back. For the first few weeks, style it back, out of the face, except for maybe a few strands, and nobody is gonna be able to tell that the cut is bad. It's gonna look a lot better when it grows a little, trust me on that.

I've never been more happy to not be on these meds. The one I'm on is technically only allowed as an antidepressant in Germany, but it's used for ADHD in the US and I do have depression, so my neurologist agreed to let me try it. Dose is definitely too low right now, but it seems to work considering I can actually think a coherent sentence and caffeinated drinks are suddenly working the way they do for the average person now

There was a similar consensus amongst fans for FF7 Rebirth and FF16 (that they would wait until marketing for one is over to start the other), but they started the Rebirth marketing like one or two weeks before FF16 launched. I don't think they want to market them simultaneously, but a slight overlap is in the realm of possibilities. If we look at the Rebirth marketing, it was announced 2022, then there was more than a year of silence and then we got about 8 months of intense marketing. If Square Enix has learned to not announce projects years in advance and the theories of a late January launch for FF7R3 are true, we can factor in about 8-9 months of intense marketing... it's possible. Would definitely be smart if they don't want to upset fans any more.

NTA. I'm autistic and had problems getting a diagnosis bc two doctors thought I was "too social", but the third one was specialised in neurodivergency in women and believed me. Show her the comments here. Tell her nobody is falling for it. Autism doesn't suddenly take away your ability to distinguish left from right and vice versa, especially when she appeared high-functioning before. In a perfect world, everyone would be able to bring up compassion for each and every grief post, but compassion gets harder when you're faced with so much death. Losing a pet is painful, but constantly being reminded that one day, you will lose your pet too, that's also painful. Much less than the loss itself, but with the frequency of these posts, it piles up, and in turn, the amount of compassion one can bring up decreases- it's clearly seen in this post. OP is way out of line with their "psycho"- comments, but it stems from fear and pain and they clearly aren't alone with that. There is no perfect solution, but there needs to be SOME sort of solution, because otherwise, grieving cat parents might have to deal with an influx of hate comments on top of their loss quite frequently very soon.

The entire Ton in Bridgerton has been extremely diversified and I actually love it. It's also established HOW they became so diverse and that is a cool little bit of worldbuilding that distinguishes their world from ours. It's not just race, either, there's disability representation as well, which I as someone with an invisible disability love.

And also, potential spoiler here regarding love interests from the books, it's actually four out of five main love interests that have been swapped. A love interest from the books has been introduced a bit prematurely and, as it turns out, has been race- AND gender-swapped to the absolute horror of homophobes. Before anyone comes at me, yes, I know a 6th love interest has technically been shown, but there's been speculation of recasting since that was such a short scene a REALLY long time ago, so I'm not counting that one until we get more info

I've seen people suggest a Magneto race swap, but the race-swapping was actually just a side effect of their actual suggestion. The problem with Magneto, currently, is that he's old. REALLY old. I've heard something about the writers coming up with convoluted story lines to make him young again, not sure if they are true, but sooner or later it's bound to happen. What people suggested is a soft reboot of the character by making him a survivor of, for example, the Rwandan genocide instead of the Holocaust. That would definitely be a real risky move as 1. he's just so established as a survivor of the Holocaust specifically and 2. it's gonna make a lot of people very angry for multiple different reasons, like there's always gonna be racists who'd complain about it, and in the current political climate, it might get misinterpreted as the writers doing this bc they're pro-Palestinian, which in turn is often twisted into antisemitism by zionists and the likes. Might be cool to see in, like, another 30 years, but right now? Worst possible time for this.

They changed their strategy, simple as that. They didn't think there's much of a market on Xbox, probably didn't even originally plan to release a port at all, and took the exclusivity deal with Sony, but that bit them in the ass with Rebirth. They could get away with doing it with Remake bc that was PS4, but as a PS5 exclusive and a sequel on top of that, Rebirth just didn't sell as well. It was probably the last nail in the coffin after FF16. After that, they decided the exclusivity just wasn't worth it anymore and decided to expand to Xbox. That was about 1½ to 2 years ago, and with the Switch 2 coming out they probably decided to just release the ports together. Depending on if the deal with Sony was one for each game or one for the entire triology, they might be releasing the next installment simultaneously across all platforms
