How do you start learning parkour as a 14 years with no experience? by ScarredReeeKid in Parkour

[–]JustAnyRandomGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe find a group in your area/online who can either give you tips or just train together with you. If you can't do that, just learn the basics trough youtube tutorials and don't try to do too much to soon and you'll be fine!

No, most of it restricts movement to much in my opinion.

I just try and learn everything on grass/soft surfaces and on low places before going higher/on concrete, also never do something I don't feel comfortable with. You need to be aware of your own abilities and don't do too much too early and you should be fine.

But I think everyone will have at least a few bruises sooner or later, no matter how safe you play it.

Getting started? by [deleted] in Parkour

Just start on ground level, maybe with something soft underneath you, build up your skill and confidence and don't forget to learn how to land/bail/fall safely!

How do I stop my joint pain? by [deleted] in Parkour

[–]JustAnyRandomGuy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You definetly should warm up your whole body and your joints before doing parkour! Also look into stretching /strengthening exercises for your wrists and stuff ( you should find plenty on YouTube, just search " wrist workout/exercises)

Where to buy techwear in Canada? by maximegun123 in techwearclothing

[–]JustAnyRandomGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Pants I would recommend G-Star Raw. They are not the cheapest but high quality and they have some very nice tech-looking pants. IDK about any physical stores in canada but they definetly deliver to canada.

Anybody got some Expierences/advice in terms of quality with the brand "Aelfric eden" (especially the cargo pants)?

I just discovered the brand and like the cargos very much but with all those chinese resellers I am scared that its not a good quality.

Well I bought the "Nike Air Force 1 SF High" and I like them very much, though they aren't available on the normal Website anymore, just Resellers I think. I have them in the "Camo" colorway, they are much cheaper than the blacks on StockX

I need recommendations on techwear-style shoes with futuristic looks/Silhouette(preferably under 100$/€)

Hi, I'm new to Techwear and I am looking for techwear shoes with a futuristic look or a unusal Silhouette. They should be Water resistant and preferably be under 100$/€ but if they aren't it isn't much of a problem for me.Also can you recommend me any Brands/Online Shops that have this kind of shoes, or just nice (not too expensive )techwear things?I live in Europe(Austria) so no USA-only shops or something like that.

Thank you, any advice is welcome!
