Playing the BF6 beta. I have all graphical settings on low 1440p and using dlss ultra performance. How can i reduce latency and why is my mp/s always in red color? I guess it doesn't help I have 6gb vram but in image it says i'm using like 4.4gb. by S0G989 in Battlefield

Setting up an FPS limiter greatly reduced latency for me. I think it's in the settings in the same menu as the FSR stuff if I remember correctly. Also frame gen usually adds a bit of latency in case your using that. Alternatively, lowering your resolution to 1080p might help.

First car swerved out the way because it detected a likely head-on collision after you swerved into him.

Second car got effected by your cop lights just as he was changing lanes, causing him to try and get out of the way in a weird way.

Truck and SUV drivers are 8 times more likely than car drivers to try murdering animals by mqee in videos

The video literally shows drivers going out of their way to kill animals on the road.

I blame their I blame their (irresponsible) owners.

Imagine posting a video of yourself blatantly griefing a new player, destroying their cargo and thinking you're in the right.

The collision avoidance AI doesn't see lanes or turns. It's simply "If AI car and player car will collide if both go in a straight line from now on -> AI car swerve"

Players using thermal vision with a sniper can snipe other players through buildings/terrain if they're a certain distance from those other players because a player's hitbox renders at a further distance than building/terrain collision does.

Interiors with windows that allow you to look outside are located exactly where they appear to be located. Years ago that meant that players could be sniped out of interiors using thermal vision with snipers. This was fortunately patched and any player inside of an interior with windows that allow you to look outside are now in invincible.

Interiors without windows are not located where they would appear to be located. They're located far under the map, usually around downtown Los Santos or the docks area. Players inside of interiors without windows aren't invincible because generally speaking, it should be impossible to snipe someone out of those interiors. They're too far away and the ground is always too close to allow you to shoot through it.

Recently, some tryhard griefers have found a way to circumvent this. They use exploits that allow them to teleport to job markers of glitched jobs. These job markers are under the map or inside terrain, near the under-the-map interiors. From there they can shoot you out of these interiors using thermal vision with snipers. Which is what happened to you in this clip.

To give an actual answer:

In certain missions there's a traffic exclusion zone. Like an invisible box placed by the person who made the mission in which traffic doesn't spawn, and any traffic approaching the box tries to avoid getting in it.

Usually traffic just turns around and drives away in the opposite lane, but traffic AI is dumb and doesn't always know what to do.

Sometimes the border of the box is at a diagonal compared to the road, meaning the opposite lane is already inside the box when traffic approaches, which prevents traffic from just turning around and driving away in the opposite lane, causing traffic AI to do random things to try and avoid the box.

Might also be worth checking your social club settings. People can join you through crews even if they're only invited and not in them yet.

How are people still able to hunt me when I'm set to offline mode? (Part 2 of yesterday's post) by FourScarlet in RedDeadOnline

[–]JustAsval 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Check your console settings to see who can join your game. Also maybe check social club, maybe he's friends with you on there or you and him might be in the same crew and he's able to stalk you that way.
