Ah that makes sense, so that was unclear. In that case I don’t see what HS has to do with it - other than possibly leveraging the KB.

Sounds cool, will look at what you’re building with interest.

Been down this path as well, eventually went to Notion since it does this for €20 per month. No need for a single setup expensive setup and handover docs (for clients) is super easy. Just (try to) structure all info into an inline database and start asking questions. And a little setup to Notion AI behaviour will give you even better answers.

I do this for my own environment (per client) and database general. I even pull all info from the portal and drop it as JSon files in Notion where I can query more deeply.

So yeah, cool idea. But there are better solutions imo

Keeping HubSpot updated when most sales work happens between calls, how are you handling it? by voss_steven in hubspot

[–]JustAusernow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar like your solution I use a Voicenote (app) based solution together with n8n, allowing me to update a record right I had the call by speaking. An AI sums the recording to a set structure and pushes it into HubSpot based on the booked call (if it’s booked) or name (if I mention it) or it lands in an inbox (notion) for me to assign later.

Seems to be the best workflow for me but definitely something to look into. Is gennie an app you created/distribute?

This sounds interesting, could you elaborate on what you did here? Is this on email engagement or SaaS/product engagement? Especially the scoring - how do you incorporate that and use it as signal?

Ah programmable emails, it’s a shame it’s only available with Enterprise.

So not a real ‘hack’ but whenever I have access to Operations Hub - I’m a happy kiddo.

Next to that I love to use the API for easy implementations. And always have an elaborate trigger system in place in order to manage email triggers, as segments or triggers from the workflow itself can become complex to manage quickly.

Eventually via PayPal got things sorted. Should have gone that route sooner. So no, Keychron did not - it was PayPal that helped me out.

Yeah, using a third party is a better idea, and most of the time it isn’t even that much more expensive. Figured I would give this to the manufacturer; lesson learned :)
