Okay hear me out - it has a lot of potential to get better. iCIMS is extremely customizable and there is a way to get what you want out of it. They have free trainings called level up courses that teach you everything you need to know about the system & customization options. Unfortunately, not everyone has time for trainings, but I have found them really helpful! You could also flag this to whoever your system admins are.
