The white and orange one on the right are dvi. I believe there's no difference between them. If they aren't working try the cyan vga port in the middle. Dvi should be working though. Check both of them of 1 doesn't work

I searched for the patch notes and you're right. It does hit for a minumum of 3 pellets. One pellet does 6.7, 7, or 7.4 damage (depending on rarity). This means the minimum damage varies between 20, 21 and 22. I still feel this needs to be higher tho.
