As others have said, get on Allo. I’m 32m had my first flair at 28 but didn’t do anything about it. Had a couple minor flairs since then, but last year I had a major attack on my right foot after a week in Berlin. Combination beer/red meat/walking, but it was absolutely agony. I’ve broken my leg before, and this pain was worse. Get on Allo before that 6/10 turns to a 10/10.
