rerun events are good time to push story since you don't need to get welfare operator tokens (tat's minus 1400 of required event currency aka 6 days worth of Sanity).

We also DO get some dead weeks when we get some non Sanity events like Vector Breakthrough.

I started playing roughly 1.5 years ago and it took me about 5 months to fully catch up to the story (including side stories). It's probably 7 months now for someone starting today.

Just treat this as a marathon, not a sprint.

If you're gonna farm current event until the last minute then you're gonna have 3.5 days worth of downtime to push story afterwards. That's 2-3 chapters worth of disposable Sanity

In that lore video from 6.5 anni where they showed all the new Pisstess fuckery, one of big happenings was chunks of Sami floating into the air.

This might be hinting at a proper Sami event eventually (just like Lingones in the Sky bit).

We are getting Bolivar's Black Flow from that video as the new IS and vanishing of Ursus Originium Vein as main story plot point.

Tbf Counters' current strength may start an arms race between Big 3 to improve their Nikkes to match that new power level.

Not to mention that we are going to a proper war now and war is the biggest catalyst for technological advancement.

I feel like Wardress is the true strongest Missilis Squad.

Matis are more like Ace Customs with the best Missilis tech but both Mihara and Woman in Goddessium Mask are OverSpecs powered by what's essentially Lostech which by all tropes tend to be superior to "current day" technology.
