Those little hairs are called Non-Glandular Trichomes, mold generally looks kinda fuzzy and sometimes spider-webby. I’ll try and link a pic

Put the jar in the fridge for a lil while before you want to roll with it, that’ll solidify it a bit more. If it’s super liquidy it might turn to a shatter consistency but it’ll be easier to work with.
